The Wonders of the Heart - Al-Ghazali

The 21st book of Imam al-Ghazali’s “Iḥyāʾ ʿulūm ad-dīn” under the title “The Wonders of the Heart” (kitāb šarḥ ʿaǧāʾib al-qalb) not only occupies a key position within the composition of his famous main work, but is of hardly overestimable importance for the teachings and life of the master in general, insofar as it is the heart to which man owes his knowledge of God, which elevates him above all other creatures.
